We accept all credit card types that are supported by your bank, and the full tour fee will be charged once your booking is confirmed. Please be informed that we do not mandate any deposit for our tours
3- Booking Policy
Start your dream tour by paying as low as 25% of the total cost. During festive periods like Christmas, New Year, and Easter, we require a 50% down payment. Feel free to pay the rest two days before your arrival or in cash when you arrive – we’ve got you covered!
5- Credit Card Payments
If you’re paying by credit card, we need a signed letter from you. This letter gives us permission to charge your card. Make sure the signature matches the one on your card and passport.
6- Fair Cancellation Fees (Excluding Peak Periods)
In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:
- – From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
- – 35% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
- – 50% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.
- – 100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.
Additionally, airlines charge their fees which are subject to the airlines’ terms and conditions, and there’s also a 5% bank fee on refunds.

- – 100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.

8- Refund Policy:
If you are entitled to a refund from our tourism company El Nozha Travel, the refund will be processed through the same account and method of payment that was used for the original transaction. Please note that there may be specific requirements to consider when seeking a refund. To confirm eligibility, kindly consult your tour provider or carefully review the terms and conditions of your
purchase. In the event that your refund is delayed, it is suitable to contact your bank and stick to their specified procedures. Our goal in El Nozha Travel is to make our services easy and fair for all customers.
ATTENTION:
- Additional bank fees (05%) will be deducted automatically during any refund policy.
- Flight ticket cancellation terms vary from airline to airline. Read your airline cancellation policy prior to booking your tickets.
9- Force Majeure Here at El Nozha Travel, your well-being and safety are our top priorities. To align with our values, we have made adjustments to our cancellation policy. We now offer a highly flexible cancellation policy in the event of a government or airline-issued warning advising against travel to your intended destination. If this situation arises, you will receive a full refund for the tour package or, in certain cases, your payment
will be converted into future travel credit and a travel voucher that can be utilized for any of our tour destinations. You have the freedom to apply this credit towards new travel services that you book. Reservations will be automatically updated to reflect the use of these travel credits. Please note that flight cancellation or change fees will still be applicable based on the terms and conditions set by the airline, and bank surcharges will be applied to the deposit amount paid.
10- Accommodation Details:
Standard accommodation prices are based on twin shared rooms. Clients can request single rooms at an additional cost. Prices include additional costs and tariffs but are subject to change without notice. The names of hotels or lodges are specified within the itinerary but reservations can be made at other accommodations of a similar standard in case of no availability.
11- Domestic and International Flights:
• Domestic Flights: When booking your flight with one of our tour representatives, the quoted flight prices will take into consideration approximate timings. If you decide to make any amendments to your package or book a different flight, be aware that the total cost of your tour package might be affected.
• International Flights: our tour representatives will consider the flights that suit you the best regarding rates and timing.
12. Our Responsibility:
The tour company is an operator that facilitates travel services for you. We are not responsible for additional expenses caused by third parties or circumstances such as illness, accidents, delay, loss, weather, force majeure, changes or cancellations made by restaurants, carriers, or hotels, theft, riots, or quarantines.
13. Special Requests:
If you have any special requests, please inform your tour operator during the booking process. We will always work to meet your needs but there is no guarantee and special requests are not part of our mutual agreement, nor do we accept reservations that are made only under such conditions.

- • Free of charge: children under 2 years old
- • Price is 25% of the total tour cost for one person: children under 6 years old
- • Price is 50% of the total tour cost for one person: children under 12 years old
- • Considered adults: children 12 years old or above
14. Complaints:
We advise contacting the company in case of any issues as soon as possible. If problems arise during your trip, you can contact the Tour Operator for a faster resolution or send us an email.
15. General Terms of Use:
- A. Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited from registering as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
- B. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
- C. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- D. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.
- F. Multiple transactions/bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
16. Agreement Acceptance:
This contract fixes the agreement between the company and the client officializing that the booking conditions were accepted. Payments are considered proof that the client has agreed to all terms and conditions.
